And – if it is a woman – then she must really be tired of the kitchen sink, that they wouldn’t be working with her were they not married and all that sort of thing... People still can’t face the fact of women being equal, of women being good designers... If there are male partners no one nit-picks over the issues of who did what or who thought of what. If there is a woman involved the assumptions are that the male is the leading partner.”
